Were You Chronically Exposed to Monsanto's Roundup Weed Killer?
Roundup, Accord, Touchdown and Rodeo are all brands that use Glyphosate.

Farmers, Landscapers, Agricultural Workers, Professional Gardeners, Groundskeepers and Pesticide/Herbicide Applicators are some of the people chronically exposed. The greater your exposure to Roundup or other weed killers, the more likely it could be linked to the cause of cancer.

Lawsuits are being filed over Monsanto’s failure to warn about the risk of cancer from use of Roundup. If you or a loved one has been affected, they may be entitled to settlement benefits or other compensation. Individuals who developed or been diagnosed with:
  • Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
  • Large B-Cell Lymphoma
  • Follicular Lymphoma
  • Hairy Cell Leukemia
  • Mantle Cell Lymphoma
  • Burkitt Lymphoma
  • Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma
  • Skin Lymphoma
  • Other Cancers
Claims for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma following exposure to Roundup are subject to a statute of limitations. This requires that any lawsuit or class action be filed in court within a certain time frame. Start your Free Consultation with Jackson Law Firm before time runs out. Contact Jim Today!

Have you used or been exposed to Roundup or other common weed killers?

If you farmed Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, Cotton, Rice or Grain Sorghum, you may have used Roundup, Accord, Rodeo, or Touchdown as a herbicide. The main ingredient has been linked to cancer and a range of other health concerns. You can be exposed in several ways:

  1. If you get it on your skin, in your eyes or breathe it in when you are using it.
  2. You could swallow some glyphosate if you eat or smoke after spraying it without washing your hands first.
  3. You may also be exposed if you touch plants that are still wet with spray. Glyphosate doesn't vaporize after it is sprayed.
  4. Products with glyphosate may cause skin or eye irritation; people who breathed in spray mist felt irritation in their nose and throat. Swallowing products with glyphosate can cause increased saliva, burns in the mouth and throat, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Fatalities have been reported in cases of intentional ingestion.
And most recently, studies link glyphosate to a range of health concerns including cancer, endocrine disruption, liver disease, shortened pregnancies, birth defects and damage to beneficial gut bacteria. Environmental concerns include negative impacts on soil, bees and butterflies.

March 2019 — A San Francisco federal court awarded a Sonoma County landowner $80.3 million on March 27, in the second lawsuit against Monsanto’s popular herbicide, RoundUp: Edwin Hardeman, 70, is one of 11,200 product users who have filed lawsuits against Monsanto, arguing that the herbicide caused their non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and that the company buried evidence rather than warning consumers of the plausible health impacts.
May 13, 2019 – Oakland, California: An Alameda jury in the case of Pilliod et al. v. Monsanto Company (Case No. RG17862702, JCCP No. 4953) returned a verdict today of $2.055 billion in favor of a husband and wife with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, ordering Monsanto to pay $55 million in compensatory damages and $2 billion in punitive damages ($1 billion each for Mr. and Mrs. Pilliod) for failing to warn consumers that exposure to Roundup weed killer causes non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

Arkansans Face Some of the Highest Risk

For years, thousands of Arkansans have been subject to an extremely toxic and dangerous chemical found in the common herbicide, Roundup.

"For decades now, the public has been exposed, unknowingly and against their will, to glyphosate, despite mounting evidence that this key active ingredient in Monstanto's Roundup herbicide is harmful to human health and the environment," International Director of Organic Consumers Association Ronnie Cummins explained.

Glyphosate, the primary ingredient in Roundup, has been linked to the development of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma, a deadly group of diverse blood cancers that attack the body's lymphatic system.  Yet, it still remains in use within Arkansas and around the world.
